I’m not one to rush through the seasons, but this year starting out spring in the Riverwood Cape Home (without gutting it!) is the most exciting prospect. We’re slowly starting to work on a few home projects like creating a more intentional garden area, cleaning up our backyard shed, and adding landscape elements throughout the yard.
But I’m also still working on adding touches of fresh, neutrals to the interior. We’re still focusing primarily on our downstairs – living room, office, and kitchen. I’ve been scouring the online shops for spring’s new arrivals at a good price and wanted to share some of my finds.
+ H&M Home – don’t sleep on H&M Home because they have some really amazing prices
+ Anthropologie – while not always the most affordable home brand their sense of whimsey translates well into pieces like kitchen aprons, mugs, and flatware.
+ Serena and Lily – the ultimate beach vibes stores. They stick to a very limited color palette and the outdoor furniture is an investment but so beautiful.
+ Zara Home – just like H&M I’m always surprised by the selection and price point of the Zara Home website.
+ Target – I couldn’t leave this list without mentioning everyone’s favorite store. I don’t shop at Target often but they do have a great selection of outdoor/gardening items.
