And thus commences the wedding posts! Mondays from here until sometime in the near future (wedding date still pending) I’ll be posting about the next step in the wedding planning adventure. This week I’m keeping it short and simple with a post about the best ways to stay organized during this entire wedding planning process.
I love checklists as it is, but it is a little overwhelming to try and remember all of the things to put on a checklist on your own. That’s why wedding planning books are a lifesaver, especially for people like me that aren’t going to be hiring a wedding planner.
I was sweetly gifted the most perfect wedding book for Christmas this year and have already put it to good use, especially in these beginning stages of pricing out venues and vendors. While it’s no surprise that Anthropologie’s whimsical and charming wedding line BHLDN created a couple planning powerhouse books, I can vouch that the Kate Spade planner is genius, as well as this one from The Knot, this step-by-step guide, and this ultimate organizer.
So if you find yourself in the wedding way (either as a newly engaged gal, a best friend of the happy couple, or even a professional wedding planner) go pick up one these gems from your local bookstore or online and enjoy knowing these pre-checked checklists have got you covered.
